Isaac has gone into a deep depression. Well, not really, not yet, but he might when he realizes his favorite people in the world are moving! Our second family here in NC; our neighbors!
Yes, I’m sure most of us have had friends move away with this being a military area, but these folks are former Marines, so once they completed their tours of duty and decided to become civilians, I assumed that they were in the safe zone of no more deployments or moves.

Blogging Friends
About three months ago, I planned to take a short trip with a good friend of mine to a blogging conference in Salt Lake City, Utah. When I first moved here to Jacksonville, NC I did not have any friends. I had my husband and that was about it. Husbands are great, but when it comes to needing girl time – they just don’t cut it.
One day a neighbor approached me and asked whether I wanted to attend a Coffee with her. She went on to explain that you didn’t have to drink Coffee in order to attend. A Coffee was just a weekly meeting for women in the neighborhood. I could bring my children if I wanted; lots of women brought their children.
