A Florida Christmas (Part 2)
If you didn’t catch Part 1, Braylin was an excellent flyer! Well, there was a tiny mishap, but I didn’t realize that it happened until we were off the plane. Once we arrived in Florida, I overheard the flight attendants in the restroom talking about the baby that threw up all over the front seat. I looked on my shoulder and had it all over my arm… oops. Poor Braylin, she must have been air sick.
As bad as I felt about her getting sick, there was nothing I could do at that point. So, I moved on to more important things like getting ready for Braylin’s first Christmas! Ryan and I didn’t want to go crazy with gifts for her since she is so little, so we got a few outfits and a couple of toys for her. I am glad that we didn’t go wild with gifts, because everyone else did!
As I mentioned in my earlier post, we left North Carolina with one suitcase, one carry on, and a diaper bag. We came back to North Carolina with three suitcases, two carry on bags, and a diaper bag. These extra bags were filled with toys and clothes for Braylin.
I don’t think it is possible to spoil a baby, but if I did, I would say Braylin definitely got spoiled this Christmas. The most important thing she received while we were in Florida was lots of love and hugs. She got to meet her great-great aunt, great grandma’s, great grandpa, and many great friends.
She loved all of the attention that she got and she seems to be very intrigued by all of her new toys. Her favorite toy so far is “Sophie the Giraffe.”
What is your baby’s favorite toy from Christmas?

Joshua loves his Sophie too! Emily loves her dolly, and Nathan and his Buzz Lightyear are inseparable. Glad to hear Braylin had a great Christmas!
I bet they are all about their new toys! Does Joshua drool all over Sophie like Braylin does?
