After completing the guest list for Sayle’s birthday party I had approximately thirty names of family, friends, and Sayle’s buddies. That was quite a list for baby’s first birthday! Read Part 1 of this saga. The last big party I threw was for my husband’s birthday and I had that catered. I had no problem picking out foods and beverages for a party that consisted of adults-but what the heck kind of food do you serve at a baby’s first birthday party that had kids of all ages attending? After days of deliberation I decided on the following: Fruit tray consisting of strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, cantaloupe, honey dew, and grapes with a yogurt dip.
